damaged

Pretty frame but I ordered 4 and 2 were damaged upon receipt. 1 came with the glass shattered and another came with the wood damaged. These were in two different shipments. They need to beef up their packaging so that this doesn't happen.

Not gallery Solutions brand.

It’s a beautiful frame, but not the brand I ordered. I wanted Gallery Solutions to exactly match the first frame I have. This is close, but half an inch or more larger so they will not match hanging side by side on the wall. It is also not the quality that gallery solutions frames are made with. The back doesn’t secure as well.

Inaccurate dimentaions, poor quality

Price is right, but that’s about it. The dimensions of the frame are about 2” wider and taller than the description and the edges of the frames I ordered were chipping.
