Calm Sleep is Excellent/Best Sleep Aid for Menopause

I have tried several herbal sleep aids that either didn't work well or left me feeling groggy the next day. I have also had frustrations with melatonin before (which had higher doses of melatonin than this). I decided to give this a try even though it has low dose melatonin in it, I'm so glad I did because I am finally sleeping well. It takes almost an hour before it kicks in and keeps me asleep most of the night. Game changer. I removed one star because there is a soapy smell when opening the bottle each time. Kind of smells like detergent with slight fabric softener scent. I also use Magnesium glycinate from same brand and it has the same smell which makes me wonder if its something in the plastic. It shouldn't smell like detergent with fabric softener (sort of perfume like). I plan to contact the manufacturer to report this. I am now opening capsules and emptying contents on to tongue to bypass the fragrance smell that the capsule has which I think happens from touching the bottle. The powder in capsules when poured out doesn't seem to smell as bad and can't taste it.

Calm capsules

This seems to be working. I only take one as opposed to the recommended 2 and although I still wake up in the middle of the night, I go back to sleep rather quickly unlike before where I might have been unable to go back to sleep for hours, or, not at all.

Life Saver!

I’m not a great sleeper. Hard for me to fall asleep. I take 3 caps 1/2 hour before bed & I get that sleepy awesome feeling and fall right asleep.

Can finally sleep thru pre-menopause symptoms! I sleep soundly thru the night, wake up refreshed and calm. I’m not at all groggy in the morning which was a surprise. I’m not usually a morning person but after my first bottle, I might be moving in that direction. Definitely in my regular rotation.

I find that It works. I can tell the difference in the quality of sleep without it. Very helpful in easing the muscles into a more relaxed state. Wish I'd found this sooner.

Fantastic

I’ve been using this product for almost two years and I love it. Started using after hysterectomy because of night sweats and hormonal sleep changes and now it’s just part of my nightly routine. Having all the properties in one product is ideal.

I bought these capsules for my husband. This is the first time trying this product. It still takes him a while to fall asleep but at least he is sleeping longer. Hopefully it will work better after a couple of months.
