Avoid this item and this company

The steaming funciton did not work. The milk did not heat. We missed the short 30 day return window by two days because of weather. Amzchef customer service was atrocious. While the person with whom I spoke (Lamiya) was pleasant and tried to help, everything had to be sent up the chain to China and they were slow to respond, evasive, and not helpful. Kept asking for 3 day extensions torespond. They were misinformed and did not care. Do not do business with this company and they should not be allowed on the Target platform.
