Charger that came with laptop is not correct

I am unable to actually express how well this refurbished gaming laptop works because It came with a charger that is incompatible with It so on Christmas morning my son is unable to play on his new laptop.

Showed up broken!

It turned on, and worked but will not charge. Completely useless waste of time. Would NEVER recommend this again. Unacceptable to come broken when it's supposed to be "recertified." Should have been tested then, yeah? Well you all failed on that one.
