Paper guide doesnt match
Comes with a paper guide to tape on wall for screw placement. Unfortunately the paper guide doesn’t match the product so screws were about a half inch too close together. Products is fine other than that, I am just quite annoyed.

Incorrect template and instructions
Instructions are incorrect. The paper template says the holes should be mounted 16" apart, but the guide they say to use is 15" inches apart. Now there's extra holes in the wall because they couldn't perform the most basic of quality control.

Guide was incorrect
This hook didn’t come with a correctly sized measuring guide, so despite following it exactly, the holes were too close together. We ended up having to screw it into the wall because we already placed the anchors and only one would work. Very disappointing. Check the guide - don’t assume it will work if you buy this!

Bad instructions
Product is fine, but I used the template attached to the instructions to drill holes for hanging and they were completely wrong. I put a 1/2 inch hole in the wall in the wrong place and now have to figure out how to mount this without the hole showing. It's such a large hole for the drywall anchor that it will have to be in a different location... you can't just scoot it over a little. Very disappointed that the template isn't to scale; extremely misleading.
