Difficult controller for heating pad

Returned this item. The controller is poorly designed and selecting a heat intensity 1-7 is random; some are hotter towards the lower end and less warm at higher end. Annoyingly, the up/down keys need a good 10 seconds to respond to any changes. Just didn’t work for me.

Although the heating from this pad is comfortable, it did not have the timer as depicted (6 Level Temperature Control and 3 Timer Settings), but only 3 temperature controls and only one fixed time.
