No replacement filters. Company should not be selling this product
Fine fountain but they don’t sell replacement filters. I reached out to customer service and received this: “At the moment, we regret to inform you that we do not have a replacement filter available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” The whole point of a fountain is to circulate clean water and this product is pointless without extra filters. I’m honestly really frustrated that this company is selling a product that has no use or benefit after you go through the initial two filters they provide.

The actual fountain is good, cats like it. Nowhere to buy replacement filters that are supposedly "sold separately, pretty much making it unusable-- now it's just circulating dirty water.,, :/
