Easy upgrade
Love the color. My old phone was a XS so it’s been awhile and I was concerned about the data transfer accuracy. I just put the two phones near each other and followed the instructions. Didn’t bother with backup and did the slower of the processes which I felt was more my speed. LOL No problems.

Not happy with new phone
I been having issues with it since I bought it having it do a hard reset on it. I get calls or call out and I hear repeated words or echoes like it is jamming and just keeps on. I have to hang up and reset the phone. Not happy at all with this.

Doesn’t hold a charge
This phone didn’t even last a whole day…wouldn’t hold a charge!

Worst upgrade
So basically the only way my daughter can charge the phone since day 1 is wirelessly, she couldn’t use the phone for 2 days when I first got it until I tried charging it wirelessly, it has glitched countless times and wasn’t worth the trouble .
