Q: How do you clean this model? Flashing white light says add water/clean. I have cleaned but apparently not as the directions call for, light hasn't reset.

I love my new coffee maker because it has a water reservoir for 40 oz. And I don’t have to add water every time I want to make another cup. I can choose which size cup I’m using; it brews fast. I can use regular coffee grounds or the K-cup. The price was an added bonus.
