We have had it for two days and really like it so far. If you like hot coffee, it can be really hot.

It is a good product, so far we both like it a lot. I wish I could buy two ground coffee strainer. My wife drink decaffeinated and me regular. We have to dump it and then she brews hers.

I like the machine just wished it perked faster

I love that I can perk 12oz, but I hate how long it takes to brew a cup of coffee. I've always purchased Keurig coffee makers in the past which always perked fast. For some reason this coffee machine is very slow.

This is our second one. Had to return the first one to the store we bought it frim. It had some malfunctions. We wanted to give it a second try because we read other reviews saying it works great, plus we liked the features and footprint compared to others.

1st time brand user

At first the piping hot setting was warm at best but after continued use it gets hotter. We use a lot of liquid creamer so it cools the temperature down so we have to always use piping hot for it to be normal temperature. Otherwise it works well.

Two ? up!!

So far so great. I'm only on my second day of using it and adjusting the brew flavors and strengths to my liking. This was a luxury "need" gift for myself. It's a really nice looking and well designed machine. I love the matte black finish. Although I'm missing 3 of the 4 filters that were suppose to be included and also the model, date and etc information label is no where to be found on the box or manual. Thank you!
