Not sturdy or lasting
The wood is very soft and developed cracks while building and more since then. We have had to reinforce with treated pine to make it sturdy. It has been used for three years and is slowly falling apart with normal wear of 4 kids under 9 years. I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend these products. Would include pictures but it won’t allow me.

A swingset not safe to swing on
If you want a swing set that the kids can’t swing on, this is the one! The support structure isn’t sturdy for a 9 year old and we are going to have to get a different standalone swingset so that she can swing. It was awful to put together though and it took us 4 days and some of the boards were warped. Otherwise, the clubhouse is awesome! It feels like a big kid play set and is taller so she loves it. Just disappointing to spend close to $3k after taxes and delivery to not have a fully safe and functional swingset.

Assembly of Timber Ridge Treat
Quality product. All hardware and lumber was there, almost all predrilled holes aligned perfectly. Instructions and video made it easy to assemble if you pay attention to where holes are for other steps. You have to unbox and lay out all boards and hardware by numbers to be able to find the right parts because they are packed for shipping not assembly. Made it easy to find once grouped by numbers.

Great Product!
I bought this 3 months ago and it has proven to be of great quality. Taking your time during set up is key. My son and his friends play hard for hours, they love the tunnel and tower.

Backward instructions
Many instructions were backwards i.e. the tunnel. You don't secure the top then add the tunnel its too tight. Whoever wrote the instructions apparently didn't have hands on. The BILT app was good but the parts like screws didn't match the sizes in the hard copy instructions. Very time consuming could have been more efficient.

The kids spend far more time on this play structure than they do in the other areas of the yard. It is great for hide and seek, tag, playing restaurant and more..... The kids ' imaginations are unbridled on this play set and I love watching them act out their games and role playing in the different areas of the play set.

Assembly was a nightmare.
Box and parts could be easily organized but arent. the screws and bolts were organized by number and it was completely irrelevant. The numbers were so similar and there were so many different pieces that it was very time consuming even after organizing. The cedar wood was very dry and flimsy. I will likely have to add more supports to the house to keep the boards from breaking. Several of the pieces were split that I will have to replace.

5 Star Swingset, 2 Star Assembly Instructions
If you cannot assemble a relatively complex piece of IKEA furniture without issues, don't even ATTEMPT to build this swingset. Building it didn't test my marriage at all. In fact, it bonded us even closer than ever against a common enemy... The manual. Asymmetrical pieces are poorly labeled. The order it has you do things makes no sense. Things won't line up and you'll have to back up a few steps which adds to the assembly time considerably. I eventually said to forget the order the directions have you do things, and it went a lot smoother. Just an atrocious process. End result is incredible though.

Overall a great playset
We bought and set this up last summer. The instructions were fairly good, but a couple of the predilled holes didn't line up where they should have and we had some boards crack as we installed them. Overall happy with it. But a few minor inconveniences in the process.

The title is a testament to what this play set is up against (3 boys!!) It's our 1st playground investment because we spent years researching everything from safety & structure to age ranges & how it holds up with extreme weather. We've had it in direct sunlight all year long & through a hurricane without any issues. Our boys are different ages & all love it (infant- we added a baby swing, toddler & 8 yrs old) we thought the playset would quickly lose its appeal to them but here we are a year later & they play on it every single day as if it were new! We even decorate it for holidays because it really is an awesome club house :) underneath it stays nice and cool, every inch gets used! 10/10 recommend

Just amazing
This is the second of these sets we have bought. The first was 17 years ago, and it lasted until this past year. We finally had to bring it down. We were amazed to see that this model was still being made so we ordered it right away and had it installed in our yard. Our 5 year old absolutely loves it. I’m glad he is able to have the same experience as our older child had. Really amazing product

Hours of Fun
We bought this as our “forever” playground for our two kiddos. We love it so much!!! The design is perfect for our little ones but also large enough to grow with them. I love the 3 swing features and little house on top. My son and daughter LOVE to play in their new playground!

Have had this for a few months now and the kids love it! The tunnel and playhouse is the best, pretty durable and can handle multiple kiddos for playdates.
