Dog Helios Aero-Inflatable Folding Waterproof Inflatable Travel Camping Dog Bed, SM, Orange

The bed arrived a week after it was supposed to. Not really an issue for me, but there was no active communication about the delay or an updated delivery date. When it finally arrived, it looked like it the deflated bed had just been jammed into an open plastic bag, not sealed or anything, and then put into a thin plastic mailing envelope, trussed up with tape like a mummy. The bed looks unused, tag still attached. No inflation instructions, just “Inflates with air,” but no obvious port to add air, just a valve that screws open and closed. Turns out you just open the valve and air is sucked in, I guess. I can’t get it fully inflated, but it’s fuller than it was when it arrived. My dog seems to like it, which is what I was hoping, otherwise, I would have returned it the day it arrived. This thing is pretty pricey for a dog bed, and it seems like they really don’t care about their product or the customer experience.
