Effective and easy
We used this for our babies. This was recommended by our pediatrician. We just added it to their nighttime bottle. They didn’t seem to mind. Sometimes we just added in a syringe and let them drop it in their mouth.

Good multivitamin for kids.
I was able to give this to my autistic grandson in his juice with no problem. He had no issues with taste or texture. It is affordable to buy over the counter, but it is also covered by some insurances (as his was).

Good vitamin D supplement
Great product to give breastfed babies as breastmilk doesn’t have enough vitamin d. It seems relatively tasteless and my son is able to take it without a ton of fuss.

A delight with fresh fruits
I read in an article that apart from the effective nutrients it has for children, it is also good for adults, especially for women who like the gym. I would like a better package, but I think that with the right treatment, this works well. For my palate, it has an excellent flavor.
