    Cast Iron Grill Pan

    I have been cooking for more than 30+ years. I have always used the so called ‘best cookware’. I am just so happy to have found Caraway. The grill uses no chemicals. I LOVE IT!!!The meat is flavorful, no burning nor overheating. The clean-up is quick and easy. Try it and you’ll never use any other brand.

    Love this pan!

    I got the 12 piece set and love every piece!! The braiser is very versatile for everything from meats, to soups to spaghetti sauce. It really is the perfect size. The grill pan is a must have. I do wish the 8” skillet had a lid.

    Pass on This

    My general issue with Caraway is that their pans do poorly with foods that need a higher temperature; their Cast Iron Grill Pan is no different. The pan just could not get hot enough to do a good sear for a steak. Additionally, this is probably the worst pan to try and clean that I’ve ever had. I’ve tried all their instructions, including low heating soapy water and I cannot get there. Also, I can’t tell for sure but perhaps the enamel has given way in some fashion.
