I am addicted to these darn bars. These are the perfect combo of dark chocolate, almonds and other nuts. A little salty and a little sweet. Dark chocolate is much better than plain chocolate. Less sweet. Very good. I have one with a cup of hot tea. Much better than a cup cake or pastry. Dark chocolate is supposed to be better (healthier) than plain chocolate. Nuts give this some actual protein. My new favorite candy bar. I buy them in the 18 or 24 packs. Highly Recommended
