Matte with a little bit of shimmer in the formula. Lightweight and easy to wear. A very bright neutral red. My only complaint is that I wish it was a little more blue red- it is very bright and doesn’t help my coffee stained teeth!

On the fence.
Tacky never dried and as you can see it is blotchy on my upper lip. Now you can rub this stuff and it will come off but just add some lip gloss and it slides off like warm butter. I believe this will be returned unfortunately.
