Loving Tan 2 HR Express Dark Starter Kit - Ulta Beauty: Sunless Tanning, Whole Body Application, Scented

The pump on my bottle did not work at all. Instead of dispensing product, the self tanner leaked out through the cracks around the pump mechanism and spilled everywhere. After I tried to use it, most of the product had leaked out everywhere and the bottle was basically empty. It made a huge mess on my belongings and sink and was incredibly frustrating, especially for a tiny amount of product that costs nearly $30. I contacted customer service with photos and videos clearly showing the defective packaging and leaking bottle, but the responses were scripted and dismissive. Instead of offering any real solution, I was told I have to drive back to the store for a refund even though the product is spilling, messy, and unusable because of the defect itself and will just be thrown away anyways. Overall really disappointing product and waste of money, and an unsatisfactory experience with ULTA customer service.

Loved this 2-hour express! Gives you instant color—my husband was shocked when I went from pale/fair skin to glowing bronze babe lol the only downside I would say is to make sure you really rub it in evenly, it dries fast but doesn't have that horrible self tanner smell like others do!

Least sticky and least smelly self tan I’ve ever used! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve tried quite a few self tanners and this might take the prize for the worst- applied patchy and way too dark and unnatural looking. And then when you shower it off, if literally all disappears 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've had people ask where I went on vacation after I use this! It has a really natural finish and doesn't have a strong fake tan smell. I really like it!!!

I work at ulta and have heard good things about this product but I just used it and it didnt work at all (I got the shade "dark"). Ive used different self tanners before so I know what to do but it didnt make me any tanner. I left it on for 2 and a half hours and applied another coat about an hour in because that is what Ive done in the past.

no where does this say this product is a travel size. if it does, I missed it after reading over several times. I thought I was buying the full sized product, instead I got the tiniest bottle of self tan and I don't even know if it'll be enough to cover my body.

I've tried many self tanners and this is by far the worst. It dries before you can even spread it out. No go!

Dont buy this set, just buy the regular size. Not a good value the mit is cheaper sold separately and this only includes a travel size the box is deceiving.

Love the color. Leaves a great tan once the color develops. Not orange on this pale girl or streaky.

I used the 2 hour express kept on for like 3-4 hours and then rinsed off with just water. Literally the entire tan come off, such a waste! When I went in the shower I had a nice bronzed color idk what happened. The smell isn't too bad will maybe give another try but I will definitely leave on for at least 8 hours next time.

The bottle in the kit is a trial size. Trust the reviews the product works great and buy a regular size bottle and get the deluxe tanning mitt! The applicator mitt is the best I have ever used and the color of the tanner did not leave my skin orange or streaky. I left it on the full two hours and had a nice tan.

I have tried many self tanning products and this is by far the best I've tried. It gives the most natural looking tan (not orange) and it lasts! I applied the 2 hour express dark tanning on a Tuesday and was still looking good and natural on Sunday....and this was after many showers and even swimming in a lake! The product doesn't leave you smelling like self tanner after you've rinsed. I will definitely continue to use this product!
