I love how many options it has. The downside is I ordered it at around 2:00 in the morning, and a few hours later, it was on sale. It hadn't shipped, but I couldn't get the sale price, and I couldn't cancel it. Overall, I did get the correct color; I know some people didn't. It is more of an almost gray-blue. I do wish that this one came with the steam rack; I know some places do provide the steam rack, but this one does not come with it. It's very easy to use, and I like all the options and abilities it has. Overall, I'm quite happy with the product. However, it does go on sale, so if you're looking for a better price, you might want to wait for the sale price. If I had been more patient and waited a few hours, I would have gotten the sale price. But who would think it would change prices within a couple of hours? I have made beef and egg noodles pretty quickly; it came out good, and it was easy. I'm pretty sure I'll be using this on a regular basis.

Still Learning to Use It
Still learning my way around it. Have only used it three times. I find it hard to know if I've really turned a function on or not. For example, turning on Sear/Saute is confusing. I follow the instructions, but it just sort of beeps at me and displays some vertical lines. No message to say it's heating up. Is it on or not? It will need to use it more to get comfortable with the controls. Also, it is bigger than I really need. I place the unit on my counter to use and since the insert is quite a bit taller than my old 3-in-1, I have trouble seeing the food that I'm browning or stirring. I have to stand on my toes a bit and/or lean over to look down into it.

Fancy slow cooker
We love it, the 10 lb pork shoulder fit perfectly in it and it was a breeze using it! Only one con, we dislike that it’s not sage green like it shows on the picture, that’s misleading. It looks more of green-blue, my hubby was pretty upset and wanted to return it. We ended up keeping it haha.

If you like the green color...dont buy it..it's blue.
First off, I love ninja and all of their products so this one is no different. My only NEGATIVE is that my husband bought this for me for my birthday because it was my favorite color green and I had been eyeing it…it is in fact bluish grey. Had we known then he would’ve bought the grey one that was on sale. Bummer.
