Awkward pouring
I’ve had previous Cuisinart coffee makers and this one pours everywhere except where you want it. It is awkward pouring water into the coffee maker to fill the tank. Miss the 14 cup version of the steel carafe

Hot plate would be nice
Brews a decent cup but carafe doesn’t keep coffee hot for any duration of time so you will have to nuke it after an hour or less. And you practically have to turn the carafe upside down to get the last few cups out.

Would give this a zero if that was an option. After three months the thermal carafe no longer held heat and after four months the coffee maker stopped working entirely. Cuisinart should be ashamed to put their name on this

The coffee pot is heavy itself and you can’t tell if the pot is full or not. It doesn’t keep your coffee hot enough. I don’t recommend.

cuisinart is unreliable.
not the coffee maker i wanted but only cuisinart with thermal carafe is junk. this one is too large and too expensive but no choices for regular coffee maker. AND target keeps very little stock. had to wait days to get this product and on/trac driver threw (!) it down on the pavement outside my door. thanks target for $140. coffee maker damaged before i opened box. tired of returns.

Solid choice, quality product
Easy to use, brews hot coffee & keeps it that way in thermal carafe for entire morning. Carafe pours well. No problems filling reservoir. I do miss the earlier model with hot water side, but this one is a quality replacement.

Great Coffee Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second purchase of a Cuisinart Coffee machine. I was so pleased with the construction and quality of the first one, it convinced me to make this second purchase. Plus, the first coffee machine lasted approximately fifteen years ago, not too shabby. The stainless insulated pot always kept the coffee hot, so we stuck with the same feature. Overall, I would highly recommend this machine.

Pros and cons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Your coffee will be warm for days during summer, 3 days max. It doesn't spill when you fill up your mug. It has a chime when brewing is done. Can be used without filters Cons: If you need to wash your coffee carafe, medium size hand wont fit in there unless you're flexible. Once you're almost done with the coffee after brewing, you have tilt the coffee carafe more just to get more coffee and you'll still won't get everything. The bold setting is pretty useless. I don't taste any difference between the normal brew and bold.
