Food sticks not happy with this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has become my husband and my go-to pan for cooking most everything for our family. It heats up quickly, retains heat well, and puts a good sear on pretty much anything. It does have non-stick qualities which is nice, maybe not as ultra non-stick as some coated pans but this pan does well compared to our full ceramic pans. We cleaned in the dishwasher once, it was mostly clean but still had to give it a quick scrub after. We prefer to clean by hand anyway which works well with this pan. Overall this is a quality pan and I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quality of this Stainless Steel pan, it’s 10” so it holds a good amount of food. Its non-stick coating extends all the way to the edge and heats evenly while cooking . I was surprised at how lightweight this is in comparison to my other stainless steel pans, I actually like that. The lightweight pan makes it easier for me to hold and transfer food. This pan works well with electric and gas stovetops and is dishwasher safe and the coating is non-toxic. The stainless steel is a high quality for longevity and durability. Cleaning was surprisingly a breeze, no vigorous scrubbing at all. It was easy and that is something I look forward to with my cookware as a mother who has a busy schedule. I loved trying this pan, thank you Cuisinart and HomeTesters Club for allowing me to try this out complimentary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amzong no more worries about getting stick to the pan or burn looking hard to wash I tired with littel oil frying onion tomatoes and mix vegetables was way to stir and cook . And the best part is easy to clean just rinse and put it in the dish washer . Even by hand washing is easy .

New favorite cookware unlocked! This pan is gorgeous, and performs as well as it looks. I have cooked all the things that usually stick, eggs, potatoes, cheese, etc, and nothing sticks! It is dishwasher safe, but I wouldn't even bother because it cleans up so easily. I love the lip that makes for a clean pour. No more bacon grease drips sliding down the side! The handle even stays cool, which is awesome when using multiple burners at once. I love it, I want the whole set now.

I’ve used this Cuisinart FusionPlus hybrid pan to fry eggs, sear salmon, and steaks. This is one of the most sturdiest frying pans I’ve ever owned. I like how it’s both stainless steel and ceramic nonstick. The handle doesn’t get hot and nothing stays stuck to the pan. It’s easy to clean as well. I would definitely recommend this frying pan.

Love that it cooks without anything sticking as long as we let it warm up first. Also love that it’s made without PFAS, PFOS, PFOA and petroleum. The pan cooks evenly and maybe my favorite part is that it is both oven and dishwasher safe!!

Tried making variety of dishes and none stuck on the surface. It’s super easy to clean as well. Base of the pan is heavy and gets heated up evenly. Built is pretty sturdy too and looks high end. Totally recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best pan I have so far. It's a great non stick pan. I suggest using non metal cooking utensils so you don't ruin the non stick bottom. The handle can get warm so it's something to keep in mind. Have something handy to hold it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many different pans and for one reason or another, I’m usually unhappy with a way that they wear and eventually become nonstick. I prefer not to use teflon so I try to use other pans that will work similarly. I was really excited to try this innovative design and it works just like it says it does. You would think that having texture inside of a pan would make it difficult to use however it’s quite the opposite. This pan releases everything easily and my food cooks great. We don’t have to use a lot of nonstick cooking spray or oil and this pan is probably the hottest pan I have ever used. I would really love to own the rest of this set because they are great. I highly recommend! This item was gifted by Home Tester Club in exchange for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Skillet was easy to use and cook on. Cooked potatoes and they turned out great. Then cooked a few eggs and was surprised they didn’t stick. When I was warming it up it does make popping sounds which was a little weird but other than that the skillet worked great.

It is non-stick, uses ceramic coating, heats fast and evenly, and sears great, stainless steel, a handle that doesn't get hot while cooking. What more could one want? You can see in the picture our steaks and they came out perfectly because of this Pan. It was also super easy to clean afterwards and our food turned out great! We love that it's available in different sizes and the 10" one is the perfect size for a one pan meal. It has has a great pattern that helps cook everything evenly. It's another great product to a great line of cookware. My wife and I have really enjoyed using it for meals as we cook. We used it on everything from meat to grilled cheese and it really does work quite well. It's fast heating so you don't have to wait long for it to start working and it retains heat well. This one is a five outta five in our book. We'd purchase a whole set of these types of pans as that's just how much we like them. They work :)

I have used it so far to cook eggs, potatoes, sweet potatoes, chicken fried steak, stir-fried veggies, and grilled sandwiches, and everything has come out perfectly cooked with zero sticking. The heat distribution is even, and the handle stays cool, even when using multiple burners around it as well! Cleanup is a breeze. It's dishwasher safe, but I wouldn't even bother because it cleans up perfectly in no time with just a regular sponge. I want to replace all my cookware with the FusionPlus line now, because this pan is phenomenal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been cooking with the Cuisinart Fusion Plus skillet for a while now, and it's one of those pans that quietly wins you over the more you use it. The first thing I noticed was the weight, it's definitely on the heavier side, but in a way that feels solid and dependable rather than tiringg. The ceramic reinforced stainless steel does make a difference. It heats evenly, holds temperature well, and the surface feels smother and more refined than a lot of other ceramic pans I have tried. The nonstick performance is honestly the part that surprised me most. I can fry a sunny side up egg with absolutey no oil with the right heat, and it still slides around like it's on glass. No sticking, no tearing, no frustration. And because it's ceramic, I don't have to worry about chemical coatings or weird smells when it gets hot. A quick rinse and wipe is usually all it needs, even after frying. It doesn't stain, doesn't hold onto food, and still looks almost new after regular use.
