Very good acne cleanser. CeraVe did it again
From someone who suffers from acne, this cleanser is amazing. Doesn’t leave your skin feeling tight or dry, the pores are clearly “cleaner” after using this and the residue is nonexistent. It is very innovative since I’ve never seen a clay to foam cleanser before

If you have problem skin, it’s a must have, so effective, after using consistently. You don’t feel any tightness on your skin, and you feel you so soon do fresh afterwards. Foaming consistency make the product easy to use. Residue afterward amazing.

Perfect for sensitive skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this cleanser for a bit now. I have sensitive skin and prone to eczema. I found this to not be harsh or drying to my skin. I use it daily in the evening and don’t feel the thick film like I do with other product.

Foam to Clay aspect is a 10/10

I have very bad hormonal acne and have found that CeraVe is really one of the more affordable brands that actually help. I used this product and felt I did see a change in my skin. Good cleanser but too drying for me
This cleanser is alright, it has a nice smooth texture and leaves my skin feeling clean after using it. However, after 2 months of use, I havent really noticed much improvement in my breakouts and in clearing my skin. I did also find this cleanser quite drying and my skin often felt slightly tight after using it. I wouldnt recommend it for daily use. I think this cleanser might work better for oily skin as it was a bit too harsh for me.

Best Cleanser

Didn't do much for blackheads
This didn't really do much for my blackheads on my nose. I don't suffer from acne so I cannot comment on the use for that. It has a nice consistency and a little goes a long way. It doesn't lather, but does turn into a soft milky like texture. I will probably give this away to a friend who has acne because it's a nice product, just not very helpful for blackheads. There is no scent and did not cause any irritation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with oily, acne prone skin with very clogged pores, I feel like this cleanser did a good job at helping existing and new acne, however it didn’t necessarily help my pores. Naturally my pores are usually always clogged and I have yet to find something to help with my problem. Although this was nice for acne on the surface and lathered up pretty nicely. For my skin, using twice a day regularly did slightly dry my skin out so once a day was best for me. Overall it is nice, but not quite what I am looking for.

Basic face wash
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is multi use as either a face mask or a face wash, but I opted to use it as a face wash. A little goes a long way and it foams up nicely. I also didn’t notice any acne helping affects, but it did make me feel cleaner at the end of the day.

Best for oily skin
Cerave clay to foam cleanser is great for oily and acne prone skin types because it helps with controlling sebum production without being harsh on the skin or drying out the skin and damaging the skin barrier. It cleanses all impurities including black heads and it also leaves the skin feeling clean and hydrated.

Great acne defense
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I surprisingly liked this. As someone prone to frequent breakouts I like to try new acne products and this one was fun to try. It kept breakout at bay and if anyone came through, they didn’t last very long before being dried out. It doesn’t foam like my other face washes however. But it does rinse off pretty nicely without much scrubbing. No irritation occurred. It didn’t help much with my pores though, so that was a let down.
