La Roche Posay Toleriane Double Repair Matte Moisturizer For Oily & Combination Skin - SPF 30: Fragrance-Free, Oil-Free, Deep Hydration, Anti-Acne

I’m not sure how this sunscreen calls itself matte. I have used the non-matte double repair sunscreen before, this is maybe 10-20% more matte. No where close to as matte as their dry touch anthelios sunscreen. A positive is there is no white cast here, compared to the antehlios dry touch. Unfortunately, this sunscreen is not matte enough for my oilier skin type, and my face stays very shiny.

Doesn’t pill or leave a white cast like many but has a constant stinging once it’s on.

I was having horrible burning watery eyes at the end of the day and it took me a few days to realize it was from this! It was so bad! But if you don’t put it anywhere near your eyes it’s fine

Love this moisturizer. Makes my skin feel so soft and protected. I have combination skin so I wanted to try and I am happy with it.

I've had issues with rosacea for years. I started using this and my face is less red, my capillaries aren't standing out as much, and they actually seem to be healing. I have mature, oily skin that is apparently sensitive. I thought sensitive meant feeling stinging or burning, or acne prone. I was wrong, and this stuff showed me just how wrong I was.

My honest review of this product. So my skin is acne prone and oily with all that good moderate sensitivity if ykyk (for reference if you have a similar kind of skin) I don't use much product so the supposed pilling problem is not a bother for me so far. I've been searching for a lotion with sunscreen in it for the daytime, I've tried a few which has been dissatisfying and burned me so I decided to try this one..when I put it on it goes on much better than what I had been using and left no noticeable white cast, although it goes on white for a little bit but fades as it soaks in. It doesn't have as much of a matte look compared to the same product without sunscreen it leaves me with a slightly glowy look, but it sits well enough on my face and doesn't seem to irritate my skin much compared to others that made my eyes and skin burn. But I doubt it stays on in high activity so I have purchased the sports face sunscreen for that since it has less white cast and a higher spf (I'd recommend you consider a higher spf that has more sweat resistance as well to use when this wouldn't do as well for maximum skin protection) Overall I'd say it's worth a go if you haven't found one that works yet the bigger bottles are only filled halfway which I find very disappointing for almost $30 bucks although it will stay last awhile. (Just fill the bottles more and make the people happy I know it can't hurt that wallet you have that much to do it! I promise you that will drive sales way up) This is just an early review so if anything crazy happens to my skin I'll be updating this review.
