Description

Ready in 6 minutes, these sun-dried, never-fried Sichuan noodle strands are covered in sweet, tangy, spicy and umami-rich sauce. The perfectly bouncy and chewy knife-cut noodle shape holds the perfect amount of savory chili sauce in every bite. They have a medium-level heat, but you can reduce the spice level by pouring less chili sauce in your bowl. Developed by Chef Jing Gao in Sichuan, she drew on her experience as a trained chef to create a nearly instant noodle with a delicious blend of sweet and heat with a swicy chili sauce like nothing else you've ever tasted. Each noodle packet has a large packet of Fly By Jing Sweet + Spicy Sichuan Chili Sauce (Formally known as Zhong Sauce), plus dried chives. With nothing artificial, these Non-GMO Project Verified sweet & spicy vegan noodles have 12 grams of protein to keep you satisfied. I'd been waiting to try these since I'm a huge fan of the chili crisp. Overall, really good flavor and a great option to have on hand. You can dress up with more veggies, protein, etc or have it as if. A little pricey but a great buy when on sale.

Me new favorite

I’ve been willing to try this product as I saw raving reviews on the Internet.The noodle was chewy and its texture pleasurable to my palate, and the sauce—its tanginess with the undertone of sweetness—was delightful. Though pricy for a single serving, I’d buy when it’s on sale again.

Protein-packed noodles that are fast and delicious.

The Sweet and Spicy noodles are a staple in our house. They have a great amount of protein and provide a nice base for layering on veggies or tofu/meat for an easy but very tasty weeknight meal.

Wonderful

these noodles are the start of dinner for me - I just add some veg like bok choy, some protien maybe chicken, a soft boiled egg that I make while I am making the noodles and I have a fabulous dinner. I use 2 packs for dinner for my husband and myself and we love them.
