Warning- Do Noy Buy

These muffins were horrible. They barely 1/3 fill 6 muffin cups and don’t rise at all. Avoid these and go with. Didn’t Martha White flavor. They seem to be much better and rise.

Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix

The pumpkin spice muffin mix is super easy to prepare. All you have to do is add 1/2 cup of milk. I use unsweetened almond milk. I stir with a whisk, just until combined. I reduced the baking temp to 350 and they baked up perfectly in my toaster oven in 14 minutes. They have a lovely light and fluffy crumb and subtle pumpkin spice flavor. I love that it makes a small batch of 6. No, they aren’t huge muffins. They are normal size and just right, in my opinion. You could easily use some add-ins, like chopped nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, mini chocolate chips, etc. I’d probably add 1/3-1/2 cup. My family enjoyed them so much that I went back and bought more packets. I plan on making them once a week through the autumn season.

Very yummy especially with pecans and mini chocolate chips. I like that I can just add water or milk, no eggs needed. Makes just six but I always buy two bags to make twelve. Price is right for this seasonal fun.
