I’ve only tried this in my smoothies but it definitely mixes well. It is a little frothy. The chocolate taste is nice but if you don’t like Stevia , it might not be for you. I’m looking forward to trying it in more recipes. I think it will be great to add to cookies. Great for beginners and easy to use.

Makes a great end of the day and it helped my digestion as soon as I started using it. I have to say that I love it I’m very happy with it.

This is good for what it does. But one thing that was hard to get past is the aftertaste. If you’re mixing with only water you’ll notice the taste of bone broth. If you want to make it taste better though, buy some peanut butter powder and mix it in. It worked for me and masked that aftertaste.

Best protein powder I have had. Great taste, mixes easily, great results. I used it as my early morning breakfast shake. I just added frozen fruit, some nuts, maybe a date and mixed in blender. Drink came out creamy, chocolate, and very filling. I really look forward to my ancient nutrition shakes for a great tasting, satisfying meal that starts my day off on the right track. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great tasting, nutritional, clean shake.

Of all the protein powders I tried from AN, this is the winner for me due to benefits and flavor. I tried whey which I think has the best flavor and consistency, but I didn't do well w dairy. I tried the plant protein but the flavor and consistency were not as good. So I will be getting this one again when i run out. It fills me up after a workout and I feel great. thanks AN!
