Q: The ingredients listed on the label don't look very natural. Some may be derived from nature, but others chemically produced. Could you confirm that all ingredients are from nature and not altered?

Q: Does it help with shedding or fall out?

Q: Following earlier ques - if the only difference is the scent, then the "moisturizing," "volumizing," and "strengthening" language is just marketing and not actual differences among the conditioners?

To confirm, while the scent is consistent with our products, our haircare line does perform differently for each category, therefore they are not all the same and used as a marketing approach.
