Burn hazard

The top surface of the case had an embossed indicator to warn that it gets hot. It is true. It gets hot. It was sure that I would eventually accidentally burn myself so I returned it. Bad design.

TINY toaster oven.

the dimensions on here are WAY off. this toaster oven is tiny. its about 8.5 inches deep, 8.5 inches tall, and 15 inches wide.

Buy a better machine!

Saying I hate this air fryer is an understatement. Constantly emits smoke when I use it on the air fryer function. Either always burns the food or never crisps it up. Theres this little tray that goes underneath to collect any crumbs, drippings, etc. and it instantly stained and whatever gunk is on it never comes off. Can’t wait to get rid of this piece of junk and replace it with a better air fryer..

Do not buy. Caught on fire.

I had this toaster oven for about 4 days now and after the 4th use it sparked a small fire inside. It was a good thing I was near it to quickly turn it off. They should discontinue this because it is a fire hazard.

Great little oven with lots of features

IMO, this is a great toaster oven. Toasting & broiling, the heat elements stay on as they should. Other toaster ovens I have owned turn the elements on and off effectively baking at 450 F (& not toasting) which takes a long time & dries out the food. I mostly use a pan & rack ( 8 x 10 1/4 inches), except for toasting, so food does not fall on the hot heating element cover & burn. The oven heats evenly, & the air-fry feature works well. Ovens labeled: convection, turbo, air-fry, etc are all the same. They have a fan to circulate air inside the oven increasing cooking rates. There is no standard on fan strength or speed, so manufacturers can call units with a fan anything they want. I like the low height of this oven because it fits on a counter top under wall cabinets. The pan size it accommodates is adequate for me, but some may find it a bit small. The 1100 W electricity draw is small enough to work well on a 15 amp circuit.

Terrible

I am replacing this because it works very poorly. The toast function requires that you turn bread over a few times. It burns toast very easily. The bake function will burn either the top or bottom of food & not cook it correctly. I am extremely disappointed to the point where I will be replacing it with a better toaster oven /air fryer combination.

Works but vibrates

When it gets to a certain temp the metal pops (can scare you if you're next to it), then when it's cooling it does it again. The fan will vibrate but I just tap the side and it stops. (Shouldn't have to do that.) But it does work great so far.

Toasts bagels great! Some reviewers said it didn’t toast well. I had 6 bagels in mine. Toasted perfectly. I usually spray mine with a little olive oil or butter before toasting so no problem drying out. Good size and versatility. It’s quick it is to heat up. Haven’t tried air fryer or bake. Poor quality

Not even one star worthy. It cooks unevenly and have to crank it up to 400 on air fry for it to have any cooking power at all. Even after things are cooked they never get crispy.
