This table arrived broken. The marble was in half when it arrived and the shipping materials were torn to shreds. The table was not inside a box, it was between two pieces of cardboard, so not surprised that it was broken on arrival. Extremely heavy and difficult to return. Do not buy!

Like everyone else, this arrived damaged. Not only was it damaged, but I also have video of FedEx throwing the parts, that had fallen out of the poorly packaged box, into my yard. Target customer service was extremely unhelpful. I asked that this be escalated, but I am not confident that it will. Such a waste of time and resources and it’s sad to know that this will likely be tossed into a landfill to sit forever.

i bought two. one came broken. and the other one FedEx wouldn't even deliver because it broke while being in transport to me. Customer service sucked and I had to go out and buy supplies to pack it up to send back to target for a refund even though it was broken. it came in these cardboard pieces that were put together like a puzzle and it was zip tied with these heavy duty zip ties. it was such a hassle to put back together to try and get a refund

Cracked right down the middle! Why can’t they be more careful

I ordered this item three separate times. The first time it arrived broken and I had to return the product to the store. Not an easy task when the packaging it comes in (which is also why it cracked) is terrible and you can't re wrap the product. Ordered it a second time once it came back in stock and wouldn't you know. It arrived cracked again. I thought maybe third times the charm and ordered it one more time. Nope. I got an email this time saying it was damaged in transit and they cancelled my order completely. Don't waste your time ordering this product. I cannot believe how many times the item was damaged. Target needs to figure how to change the packaging or whoever packages the item that as they are wasting so much time and money. Let alone wasting my time re ordering the product and thinking I am actually going to receive it as expected.

Absolutely do not buy this. I thought I might get lucky and receive one that wouldn’t arrive damaged, but the marble came cracked. The return carrier they arranged was disorganized, and I had to speak with them on the phone at least four times just to get the pickup scheduled. Once it was finally picked up, they canceled the pickup on their end (I’m confused why, since the item was already collected), and now I’m back on the phone with Target trying to explain that the pickup already happened. I’m worried I won’t get a refund for a cracked piece of marble. I don’t think the burden of all this work should have been placed on me when the item arrived so damaged. I’ve now been on the phone with them for 20 minutes trying to explain that the return was picked up. I even have photos of the return carrier walking away with my item, and they won’t accept those as proof. They are now trying to contact the return carrier themselves. I’ve spent at least an hour talking with both Target and the return carrier, which has been a huge waste of time. I will no longer buy large items from Target, and I don’t recommend that you do either.

I took my chance on this coffee table and I’m so glad I did!! Most reviews warned that the item arrived broken due to FedEx delivery. I think the retailers took notes and added layers of packaging to the item because it came nicely padded inside the box! It’s a very heavy table but absolutely beautiful!! It gives quiet luxury and I’m so glad I ordered it! Very easy to assemble and easy to clean!

Like everyone else, was hoping I’d be the lucky one and get a table that wasn’t damaged. I was wrong. Have ordered two tables and both were marked “damaged in transit.” Never received. This is so disappointing. Beautiful table online, but seems like a waste since no one will be able to enjoy it.

I ordered this table and it arrived in a pretty ridiculously falling apart and shredded box, and the marble inside was cracked. I called target customer service for a replacement. They had UPS come pick it up, and then for about a month nothing happened, then I called to request a refund instead of a replacement. They then processed my replacement even though I was very clear. I don’t want it any longer because I don’t believe it’s ever going to arrive intact after reading all of the other reviews, plus it took them a month to care about even processing a replacement. Every time Target has made a mistake in this order they’ve placed the burden on me to fix it. Somehow, which is just really terrible service. Terrible experience and I really doubt I’m ever going to buy Target furniture again.

Don’t bother even trying to order this table. Each time it is marked “damaged in transit” and I never receive the table. So frustrating. This a common theme among larger pieces of furniture from target, including the console table that is part of this collection. Why won’t target fix this, or find a better way to package/ship their furniture?

Was hoping that despite the negative reviews this table would arrive intact, as it is just what I was looking for! Unfortunately came cracked down the center of the entire marble slab—such a disappointment.

Gotta agree with the other reviews. This table is absolutely GORGEOUS. Easy to put together, really well made, and the details are perfect. But FedEx destroyed the box, it was open, delivered upside down and despite being marked fragile, FedEx did not handle with care. If you are willing to order a few times and hope it eventually arrives undamaged it’s totally worth it. It seemed well packaged by Target just completely mishandled by FedEx. Honestly I wish they would sell it in the store so I could just pick it up instead of having FedEx touch it.

Beautiful table but did arrive with large crack down the side. It's not obvious but for the price of the table it shouldn't have been an issue

Gorgeous table, horrible packaging. Marble top had one small crack but I’m keeping it because that’s how much I love it. Very heavy, real marble. It seems well made!

Shipped well and no cracks or scratches. My only complaint is that there are holes in one of the bottom “c” brackets that don’t serve a purpose. They aren’t too visible, but definitely a manufacturing error.

My table was marked "Damaged" by FedEx, and then they went ahead and delivered it damaged. I question that. Did Target tell them to do that? Anyway, beautiful, but yeah, totally cracked down the middle. I had to haul that back to the store, myself and my husband, and its extremely heavy. I was not at all happy with the lack of consideration for packaging and delivering a damaged item. My side tables arrived just fine and I want it all to match, so now what to do. What a mess.
