BruMate Era 40oz 100% Leak-Proof Straw Tumbler - Dune

Really bad material .

I love the color and that the cup is dishwasher safe. It is not recommended for hot beverages because of the steel straw - you can absolutely burn your mouth using it! I really like how the top spins to seal it. It is not 100% spillproof, but it does very well. When filled and held upside-down, it slightly leaks. It fits in my car cupholder well. I would purchase again.

My straw is broken. Can you ship a replacement?

I absolutely adore this tumbler. It’s incredibly easy to clean, and I’m particularly impressed by its spill-proof feature. The lock system is also fantastic.

Damage

Straw broke after 2 uses. Very frustrating to have to return this to get a replacement sent. Expensive cup and a hassle to even deal with when I’m a busy mom. Not worth buying.

This tumbler does exactly what it claims however it has scuffed up and has a ring around it from the cup holder in my vehicle.

No sound putting it down, comfy handle, easy to clean, fun rubbery straw that doesn’t break teeth driving, holds like 2 iced lattes , never spills even when upside down on my white couch. Days are happier now. A cold iced latte that I don’t have to chug before the ice melts and can sip all day> only qualm with my order is that my custom engraving came out way too big compared to another I just got. Still pretty but just wish it came smaller and that they more consistent w the personalizations

Love this water bottle! Wish I would’ve purchased this brand first. Absolutely would buy another one.

I've had a Stanley for several years and have loved it. Recently it was knocked off a countertop and dented a bit on the bottom so it's a little wobbly when I set it down. I decided to treat myself to something new, and wanted to try the BruMate because of the locking lid feature. Unfortunately, I'll be returning it. While I do like the lid and the fact that it's leakproof, it just does not keep things cold. I followed the directions that came with it and filled half the cup with ice, and then cold water, and it didn't even last 12 hours. Meanwhile, my Stanley was sitting with about 3 or 4 cubes of ice for about 36 hours while I tried this one, and those cubes were still there when I opened it back up. Also, when the BruMate was filled with fresh ice and water, it was very, very cold to the touch. I think that speaks volumes about the insulation. Wanted to love it, but I don't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ability to easily hydrate and lock for a complete no spill experience. I have had many other hydration systems. This blows them all away. Not to mention the insulation of this unit. It keeps liqiuds cold for hours. This is a must have!

Great price for this item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth BruMate, but first Era, and it is my new favorite style. Perfect size, great lid/straw. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I love the stainless steel straw and the leakproof aspect to it. However, mine came scratched and I needed it quickly because it was a gift. Moving forward I’ll be purchasing directly from BrüMate website because they make sure things are packaged properly (from experience never had any defective cups from the direct source)

Purchased online, when arrived the label they place on the top of the cup where it displays sip, seal etc. was all off centered and hanging off my cup. Disappointing

love the locking lid and the cup it's so durable!
