I’m not sure about the efficacy of these vitamins, but the taste is terrible. The texture is also really bad. They’re hard and they taste like chemicals.

These wreaked havoc on my skin. They have a modest amount of chasteberry extract, which is the reason I bought them, and I figured the other ingredients I would be able to tolerate. Boy was I wrong. A month after starting these I had terrible cystic acne. After some research, I read that high levels of vitamin B - these supplements contain 2000% the daily recommended value! - can cause breakouts like the ones I was having. After two months of terrible acne, I stopped taking them and lo and behold, the acne disappeared. I also did not notice any of the benefits (less moodiness, better energy) like I had noticed with another more pure chasteberry supplement. I also think it’s shameful that this product‘s first listed ingredient is sugar when it is allegedly a health supplement.

These are truly amazing for me. I started consistently taking these after Christmas. I’m on my second bottle and take daily. I suffered with horrible cramps, heavy heavy periods, an my pms mood swings were damaging my relationships in my house two weeks out of the month. These have really helped my cramps, have really improved my moods. I feel more regulated and now my period is bearable. The taste is good. The only issue which I’ve had with all of these gummies is that they kinda dry out and get chewy but it’s still worth it.

I can feel the effects of them especially around my period, my boobs aren’t as tender and my cramps are much better and manageable! I will continue to repurchase these forever!

I suffer from the worst PMS and nothing seems to help. I do feel when I took these it did help calm my symptoms. I was less moody, crampy, and less exhausted. The issue for me is these rings taste awful and are so hard to chew. I had to throw out half a bottle unfortunately. Please Olly make these into the consistency of the gummies for sleep. They are so much easier to chew and taste good. Or make them into a pill form. I would definitely buy again if you do.

It’s a bit unclear if they should only be taken during a certain point in your cycle or everyday. I think with something like this it’s hard to tell the effectiveness based on 1 cycle, as I’m very regular but some cycles have worse PMS symptoms than others. If you struggle with PMS symptoms, I think these gummy vitamins are worth trying.

I only take these when I’m on my period and they have been great for me! Bloating is gone within 15 minutes. I didn’t experience an irregularities in my cycle. The directions say to take daily but I only take them on the days I’m on my period.

i ended up with pelvic pain and my period was 16 days late. now it’s worse than it’s ever been.

Do NOT buy this! This product caused me to have irregular periods for the first time in my life. As a woman with chronic migraine, I’m very in tune with my body and careful about what I put in it. This supplement screwed up my cycle and caused multiple migraine attacks for me. Also, it is a glaring red flag that the majority of the reviews on this product are incentivized. Do better, Olly.

This has given me a lift in energy the taste is good and the sent definitely sugary. I love it is has made me feel good! Packaging was cute as far as versatility I like it I can make a switch to this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the packaging because it is feminine, it comes full since the gummies are large, the aroma is rich the truth, the flavor is not so sweet so they are delicious, I have felt the change since day one since it regulates many symptoms such as mood swings and has helped me with the swelling. I liked this product but think I would need to use it longer to form a better opinion. I did find that it helped with my mood swings and I felt overall just a little better than I usually do when I am on my cycle. The flavor was nice and didn’t have that traditional “supplement” taste. Overall, this was a pretty good product!

These have really helped me so much. For a few years I have been having terrible PMS, potentially PMDD, and severe cramping to the point of almost passing out multiple times. I went to see my Obgyn and after a clear ovarian/uterine US she suggested trying some supplements to see if it helps at all and now that it’s been a few months I think it’s safe to say that these really ease the symptoms. It’s not perfect and doesn’t fix everything but I didn’t expect that anyways! My cramps are more manageable with some ibuprofen and my mood swings seem to be a lot less intense most of the time. I’m really thankful for this and will continue to buy if the results continue. I will admit, the size and the flavor are a bit overwhelming to me at times so I only take them the week prior to and through my period itself and then take a break until the next cycle comes around but it’s seems to be equally effective for me when I do it this way.
