Product is fine but packaging is awful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I liked this product more because it’s very portable, but the packaging design is terrible. Not enough space in the basin to get powder spread out on a big brush, so it just flies out everywhere and gets all over you. The powder itself is fine and kept makeup in place but it’s not an easy product to use so that’s why I’m rating it so low.

The coverage is quite good, the product performs well compared to other high end alternatives, and feels lightweight and isn’t heavy on the skin. The only issue I have with this product is that the packaging is quite messy.

I also like that it doesn’t leave a heavy white cast in photos , which is a big plus . The texture is finely milled , so it sets makeup nicely without settling too much into fine lines . The packaging is cute and easy to carry , although I do wish it had a bit more control when dispensing the powder , Overall it’s a great affordable setting powder that does the job well and is perfect for everyday use.

Heartbroken Without NYX Mineral Powder
NYX cosmetics is one of my all-time favorite brands. Recently, I went to repurchase my favorite Mineral Powder, which I had been using for almost 10 years. To my surprise, the sales assistant told me it has been discontinued and that there are no mineral alternatives available anymore. The closest option currently on the market is your new powder, so I decided to buy two shades. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. It doesn’t come close to the effect of the mineral powder. It doesn’t mattify enough, and after just 3–4 hours my skin becomes shiny again. It also sits on the skin like a mask, and despite the wide range of shades, it’s actually quite difficult to find the right match. With the mineral powder, there were only two shades, yet they worked perfectly. On top of that, the packaging feels inconvenient and looks quite cheap. Please bring the mineral powder back — I truly miss it. It was a staple in my routine.

Makes your makeup last!

Setting powder

Unfortunately, I couldn’t test it on my face because they sent me the wrong shade so I used my hand instead. I like how the packaging has a way to close the holes so the powder does not get everywhere. It set my foundation quickly with a satin finish and there was minimal transfer to a tissue.
