    great shampoo, bad bottle design

    37/M I love this shampoo. I've been trying to find one that helps thicken my hair and make it feel less thin and flat. I've been using it for about a month now and I'm happy with how much fuller my hair has been - not to mention softer. my scalp has been sensitive to so many other shampoos I've tried and this one hasn't been irritating at all. also, a little bit of this shampoo goes a long way, so it lasts longer than most that I've used. my only dislike is the bottle design. it's terrible. I get that it's a branding technique but it makes it difficult to squeeze.

    Have been a fan of the bar version for some time now. So I thought I would try the new liquid. It's very nice. Once again you don't need much to get a really nice lather. The bottle should last a long time for me.

    The rosemary & biotin shampoo and conditioner is for real. My hair feels so much thicker and styles easier. However, I will not buy any more until the packaging is fixed. The plastic bottle is the thickest hardest plastic I've ever see I've ever handled and is not pliable. The tiny opening makes getting the product out of this package even more difficult. I have two bottles of each shampoo and conditioner and I have basically sawed open the plastic bottles and redeposited the shampoo and conditioner in glass pump containers. Not so it would look pretty, because I think the original packaging is quite attractive! Did this so I could easily use the product. Please fix this.

    Works Great

    I purchased this product expecting it NOT to work, yet to my surprise it works perfectly! My hair is so soft, manageable, and loads of volume. The Biotin seems to be helping not to have a handful of hair with every wash or brush.

    I like the scent and the shampoo has helped my itchy scalp. I do not have any dandruff or flakes but when I head perspires my scalp itches.So this is working . I am not a fan of the bottle shape , tho it is special.Hard to hold onto in the shower when squeezing the bottle for dispensing the shampoo. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars.

    I have a short hair (not too short but kinda short) and it's very nice the shampoo exfoliates a lot even with squeezing a small size portion of it for my hair. Wish to see this in retails in Malaysia or Singapore more!

    I have been using the bar Kit-sch for 2 years now and love it and I was really excited to see it come in a bottled formula. Still love the product.I am 63 and have some arthritis in my hands. The bottled product seems hard to get out unless you can squeeze with lots of pressure which I can't always do. I was hoping maybe a better easier packaging or a bottle with a pump would be great! I might have to go back to the bar.

    Kitsch rosemary biotin shampoo great - bad container

    Love this Kitsch rosemary biotin shampoo - hate container. This particular shampoo did help with our thinning hair (my relatives & friends). It does help and makes hair look fuller too. BUT the containers are not user-friendly - my handyman had to saw off container in the middle so I could scoop out the rest of the shampoo and conditioner into other travel containers. Kitsch now makes a SOAP version of this shampoo and it really works - I’m using that version now. I gave it 4 stars because of the bad container.

    no way

    after 6 months of thinking this shampoo would help with hair growth and being healthy, it did the opposite. I was losing hair, it became brittle and also became weak. never thought it would be this shampoo making me go bald.

    I already bought this twice! I am 60, my daughter is 20 and has special needs. My hair quit falling out. Its thicker and not as dry. Her hair isn't falling out and is thicker as well! I detest the bottle design. Its top heavy and falls over a lot. It needs a wider base for shower shelves.
