The consistency is like the average conditioner, it's not too thick or watery at all. I like that it has no sulfates for color treated hair with a vegan formula too. I did not see much of a difference in my hair softness, but that is likely because I need to use this longer and/or with it's matching shampoo.

I find it easier to brush my hair and have to work through less tangles when i use this conditioner. My hair feels so healthy after a couple of uses. Minimal hair loss!

I just feel like it’s really hard to judge a conditioner separately. I feel like I like the use the same shampoo with the conditioner to get the full benefits of the product line. Overall it did not make my hair greasy or anything but didn’t notice any obvious differences in what I use now. And I like the scent of those better so don’t see myself changing.

I did feel like it left my hair feeling and smelling nice and not dry, brassy or stringy. I do wish that I had the shampoo to match because I used it with another shampoo of mine that I don’t quite love at the moment. I believe that if paired with the matching shampoo or a better quality, my hair would have felt even better. But overall, the product as a standalone, I love and do recommend!

It’s not a super thick conditioner but you can still coat your hair well without using a lot. The only downside for me was the scent. It was weird when I put it on my hands but once I lathered it into my hair it smelled better like a lemon scent. My hair was detangled and soft afterwards.
