Q: Why would it be made with magnesium citrate which is used for digestion instead of magnesium glycinate which is better for sleep and absorbed easier?

Opposite Effect

This does the absolute opposite of calming my children. Bedtime is at 7:30pm and they are up past 10pm wide awake and acting like a circus. 10/10 DO NOT BUY! Waste of $30!

Amazing product

kid loves it, I like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my ADHD child, which it have been very difficult to convince him to swallow pills, because I don't want him to eat supplements but with additional unhealthy things like high glucose syrup and artificial favors and colors, etc. Thanks Social Nature, we give this First Day brand a try and found it doesn't has the "rubber" taste, and actually taste pretty good, and my kid take it ask instructed on his own. Hope they offer something great to try for fish oil supplements.
