A: The weels are a kind of soft rubber, not normal like a bike. And it does well on dirt roads!

A: They are rubber and we live in the country and this rolled around the uneven ground in dirt and grass with no issues.

A: After a year you buy an entirely new carseat, that will include a base. The convertible carseat is the carseat and base in one. You can use the convertible carseat for newborns, but it doesn't come out of the car for easy transport!

A: The Chicco Bravo® Travel System in the color or fashion of Indigo™ does contain a child tray. However, the other two fashions, Papyrus and Polaris do not come with a child tray, but you can get a child tray from the Chicco website. Thank you.

A: Yes, only infant. My 8 month old is starting to outgrow, but he is big! I love this set very much!!!

A: We use this car seat and in doing research on it before purchasing we found out that the recommended weight is 4-30 pounds. There is an insert for newborn babies that easily comes out when they get over 11 pounds. Our son is about 21 pounds and we feel like he has just about outgrown the seat but he is a very chunky, tall baby. Hope this helps!
