surely if a deodorant is being advertised as having 100 hour sweat and stink protection, it’ll last at least 8, right? no. i caved and bought this because of the instagram ads. it’s hard to find vegan & cruelty free deodorants that work well. i use aluminum free most of the year besides the summer. it’s not even summer yet and i decided to try this and i smell like sweat after like 5 hours, without any exercise or being in the heat or humidity. it smells really good, until it doesn’t. if anything i smell like sweat with a hint of berries in the background, which is just gross. this was really hyped up and is not what it claims to be unfortunately.

works as designed, twice a day- morning and before bed. pleasant coconut vanilla scent ( could use more vanilla). doesn't feel sticky once it's dry( takes some getting used to). so far, I'm liking it!

Doesn’t work. Leaves white film in the clothes. I did a 5K and I’m pretty sure I was more sweaty using this product than my regular deodorant.

I got this product and was extremely excited to try, but it's literally impossible to twist up from the bottom. It doesn't move at all even with jamming a knife into the round part on the bottom it doesn't twist. I wasted $15 and then I can't even use it.

It's nice to find a deodorant that actually works.

This stuff is amazing. I sweat pretty intensely and by the end of the day living in a tropical climate I usually stink. I developed an allergy/skin issue to almost every product on the market that has baking soda , or some type of AHA or BHA which leaves a chemical burn like irritation. All of the other clean ingredient deodorants also seem to not keep my sweating or the stink at bay. However , Carpe is the only one I’ve ever tried that keeps my sweating at bay and keeps me smelling fresh and clean all day and night. No skin irritation, no sweaty pits , no stink! I’m sold on Carpe and will never buy anything else

Nothing had really worked for my 13 year old daughter who plays volleyball but this stuff really works for her!! I was very surprised and very thankful it worked.

Best deodorant I have ever used! I get fragrance free and it is really fragrance free you can't say that with the other products on the market!

SIXTEEN DOLLARS for deodorant? IN THIS ECONOMY??? And it didn't even anti my perspirants. This is a pass for me. Two stars only because it smells good. I saw this on sale so curiosity got the better of me but I should have saved my money. I live in a hot, humid climate so I'm always looking for something to keep the pitting in check, especially when I wear suits to work/ court. Unfortunately this did not keep me from sweating into my suit jacket and through a sweater on a different occasion (I wasn't even hot). If I'm going to pay this much money for deodorant, it better keep me dry as a bone. Otherwise what's the point? I'd be more willing to repurchase if this was under $10.

Expensive, does not work like they state it does. Save your money.

I have been struggling to find a deodorant/anti-persperant that would keep me dry and smelling fresh. Carpe is a dream come true.

I was curious about this based on the ads I see all over social media, I wanted to use it for a couple weeks before reviewing since the company makes some impressive claims, but it is not the miracle product they advertise it as. I don’t sweat like crazy, but I do sweat more than the average female and most prescription strength deodorants are just okay. I actually felt like I sweat more with this product, and I think it’s because the lotion never fully absorbs. I used small amounts and large amounts, always rubbing in vigorously like the directions state and the lotion just sits on the skin. After about an hour I’m sweating through my clothes. I will say the scent is really nice and I like the options they have compared to other brands, and I normally have very sensitive skin and this didn’t irritate my skin at all so I do think those qualities are good. For the price I’ll just stick with my regular deodorant. I personally think the arm & hammer deodorant works better for sweat if anyone has the same issues I did.

I bought this order after all of Carpe's advertising about stopping odor and being such an amazing breakthrough. For context, I am a big sweater - I run, hike, climb, and bike, and am no stranger to our friend perspiration. Before Carpe, I was using a spray deodorant. I found it convenient to be able to spray and share with others. Not only that, but it was a huge upgrade from stick deo that kept making my clothes hard to wash - I always had to put extra attention to the pits to remove the deposit there. The reason I tried Carpe? The latest spray deo I bought wasn't cutting it at all - I would reek almost right after application, completely out of the norm when applying any kind of deo. Out of frustration, I finally gave in to the ads forCarpe. What Carpe did well: - odor prevention. Compared to my last deo, Carpe definitely did a decent job of 24-hour odor prevention. - I also liked the rose water scent of all the ones I tried (citrus and salt, clean sport, mountain breeze, and rose water). I actually buy deodorants based on smell, and it was hard not being able to smell them prior to ordering, so I'm glad they were accommodating when I asked them to exchange scents. - excellent customer service What Carpe did not do well: I am returning to the issue of finding deodorant marks on my dark colored clothing, including my black pajamas and grey active tops. I was weary of going back to an antiperspirant / deo combo (over just deo), and I'm disappointed to find this issue once again. For context on my application: I read a few comments Carpe left in their reviews about this, so I made sure to follow the directions. I did apply a thin layer/ small amount, and I applied before bed- hence why it got on my black pajamas. I varied how little I applied, and found the lower boundary- where I would not have enough coverage and smelled like I didn't apply deodorant at all the next day. I worked my way up to something that worked in terms of smell coverage, but it did still get on my clothes. The Carpe team was incredibly helpful in back-and-forthing with me trying to find a solution that worked for me. I think we must have had like 6 emails' worth of correspondence. Ultimately, however, my preferred form factor is spray deodorants [sans antiperspirant!] - so easy! Spray and go! Looking forward to when Carpe will release this, I'll give it another try then. I think users that are used to gel deodorant would appreciate Carpe. I've used gel in the past and have had similar experience of waiting for that to dry as well. I think it's not that much of a curve from gel to this, though I can't speak to how the amount of transfer compares - they both definitely have left white transfer on my clothes.

First off I would like to thank Kasper for the opportunity to purchase Carpe at a discount. Met him through the game. Definitely unique way of advertising your product. I have been using Carpe for 3 weeks now. Ever since I started using this deodorant product I have had 0 issues sweating or even smelling extremely terrible. Especially for someone like myself in the military who works out everyday it is awesome. The product tends to last about 24-48 hours. I would definitely give it a try. Now I have to buy my wife some!
