This isn't overly garlicy in flavor and the red pepper flakes give it a little kick, but it isn't over powering. The oil will linger on your tongue/roof of your mouth for a while. Over all, this is a really good quick meal and I wish it was available at all the targets.

so followed the directions on the bowl and the bottom of it didnt hold up and made a mess in the microwave. the taste was way overwhelming of spicy garlic spice.
