Nothing remarkable compared to my other adult wome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suggested dose of 2 if these a day makes the value a no-go for me when I compared the ingredients to my typical once daily women's vitamin. These tou having Reversatrol in them but one gets those benefits simply from peanuts, red wine, and red grape skin which are far more enjoyable to ingest than 2 hulking vitamins a day. Its all vitamin marketing. Age 35+ women's pill isnt much different than any active adult or women's vitamins as far as what our bodies need, which should for the most part vbe supplied by a good daily diet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've not been taking this long enough to know know the vitam itself is made an impact, typically you need at least 3 months of any supplement to get a measurable change. But what I will say is I would rate this highly just for its packaging, they're using a metal instead of plastic bottle and that's highly appreciated. If someone who's concerned with health, I try to limit as much plastics in my life as I can. Supplements have always been a bit of a challenge. It's nice to have a brand that's sold locally that is not in a plastic container.

I have a narrow esophagus and if they happen to rotate on the way down, you will choke. So, I did not appreciate the shape and after a few times, stopped trying to take them.
