    The delivery was terrible because of the rain. They just shoved such a large package into my mailbox, and half of the cardboard box got wet. Luckily, the product inside wasn't affected.

    Easy to swallow and effective

A product that supports Heart ♥️ and Cardiovascular Health is right in my wheelhouse. Also helps maintain healthy cholesterol,triglycerides and blood sugar levels. As I’m getting into my third quarter of life I feel like these benefits will be very important in keeping healthy. Easy to swallow and so far not too much trouble on my stomach as most supplements do. I am a fan of staying on top of my health and trying to give myself the best chance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle. With Berberine I’m hopeful to achieve that success.

I’ve been taking Berberine for several weeks now and it definitely has been helpful already. Working on me so I can take on so much. Bernie supports Hart and cardiovascular health. It helps maintain healthy cholesterol and helps my blood sugar as well. The gel capsules are of standard size & easy to swallow with water. Simple directions; take 2 daily with a meal. I cannot attest to how they are actually working without blood work but overall I feel good & have had no adverse side effects while taking them. However, I will say these do not taste good. So I am sure to swallow capsules quickly with water. I will continue taking them as I am someone who could use the healthy benefits these support.
