Works, Works, Works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using different Metamucil products to see how each one performed and have recently used Metamucil 4-in-1 Orange Sugar Free Powder. It tastes good and does a great job of helping my bowels to eliminate waste. I don't hungry as early in the day as I normally did, which is a big plus for me. There are no negative effects and the product works exactly as advertised. I'm pleased with this product and have purchased more of it.

Great as daily morning drink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this orange Metamucil powder to help add some fiber to my diet now as I’m getting older. I liked the idea of adding fiber in a way that tasted great without changing my diet. And now I use this every morning and add it to water as my morning orange “juice” drink with breakfast. I feel like it made me ‘regular’ again and I’m less plugged up and I feel great. This was a wonderful way to get my body healthy without changing my life or routine much.

I have been using it ever night for the last couple weeks and it has definitely helped me with having proper every day bathroom trips. The only thing I don't like about it is the texture it has when you add it to water. I will continue to use this product because of the results I've seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad to have received this SF Metamucil powder for my gut health. Ever since I have been a carnivore, my bowel habits have been irregular. I’ve been constipated, bloated and so uncomfortable. I’ve been using stool softeners regularly. This metamucil SF orange powder is a game changer. I love the taste, it is easy to make. It doesn’t clump and blends easily. My bowels have been regular with Metamucil. Overall, I highly recommend!

Great Health Improver

Metamucil-Sugar Free

Very tasty and it works!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this Sugar Free Orange Smooth Powder Metamucil. It is lot better than the regular psyllium. Unlike Psyllium, this tastes really good and the powder is very smooth and easy to drink. For me, I started seeing results the second day itself. Nothing makes our day happier than a good bowel movement in the morning. For some reason, I feel less hungry and with the great bowel movement, it is helping me reduce my weight also. Currently, I am drinking this every other day. But I am already thinking of taking this every day. Loving it and no complaints so far. I am already thinking of trying other flavors of this. And yes, I already recommended this to my friends, family and colleagues.

My Digestion Has Improved

I also don't understand the dosage, there are 3 main benefits to using but the recommended dosage for each is so similar I don't get why they bothered listed them like they were achievable separately

If you're looking for digestion help, all you need is 1 rounded teaspoon, briskly added to 8 ounces of a cool, non-carbonated liquid, up to three times per day. If you're also hoping to feel less hungry, adding two rounded teaspoons of Metamucil to each glass of cool liquid, will help. To improve the overall experience, try using orange juice or another flavored drink, stir the powder into the liquid briskly, and drink quickly. Everything that I need in one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time drinking Metamucil and it tastes good! It's an excellent source of fiber for my body. It helps to control my appetite which I want because I want to lose some weight. Also, helps me to go to the bathroom better than before this product has changed my life for sure.
