Every day essential

I got this for my husband and put on kitchen countertop. He keeps forgetting to take it. It’s just one capsule a day and still a challenge for him to take it daily. It has all vitamins and supplements a man need for a day. I will need to remind him to take it again.

This product is very effective and the taste is good. This vitamin is a high quality and wonderful product. It’s nice that you get a couple months at a time. The amount you pay for this product is average. I love the large lid easy for opening.

That’s a no for me

I’ve taken this 3 times and puked all 3 times i kept thinking it had to be something else but it’s this vitamin. Make sure you are going to be home when you take this i took it before going to work my window wouldn’t roll down on my truck fast enough i puked all down my door and window while trying to shove my head out and stop my truck lol it was bad

Good way to start the day in your journey to a hea

I'm just starting a new routine in the morning which includes for One A Day Men's 50 plus vitamin hyaluronic acid and a mushroom coffee blend called new brain. I have just started this routine about a week ago so I have limited information on the effects but after doing research prior to purchasing men's One A Day 50 had excellent ratings so I will have to continue taking to see if it really does make a difference but thus far I feel like I have more energy and I'm ready to go and start my day.

Only 1 pill a day.

The one a day men’s multi vitamin is combined with all the essential vitamins. My husband takes this everyday and states it is easy to swallow and no after taste. The multivitamin gives him the vitamins he doesn’t get with meals.

Incomplete Formulation

This product is certainly easy to take each and every day. However, it’s an average at best, as it is a little lacking. Fish oil is also not a part of the One A Day regimen, and that’s vital for heart, brain and joint health!

Side Affects - 50+

Purchased the big bottle over 50 type. Upon first dose I felt nauseous and stomach didn’t feel well. Have not taken since as to avoid this episode from happening again. Not sure what causes these symptoms but I’ve seen others with the same reviews. The pill is quite large as well and not the easiest to swallow. I will try to find an alternative vitamin that doesn’t cause these symptoms.

Artificial colors and dyes

I was disappointed to discover this product contains artificial colors and dyes. This includes aluminum and titanium compounds that are listed in the ingredients. I will never purchase this product again.

Great multivitamin

I’m in my early forties but started taking this multivitamin a couple months ago and I have to say it is the best I tried so far. Easy to swallow, no digestive issues. It is not overloaded with vitamins, rather just supplements a healthy diet. It does not support brain and eye health though, so I also take omega 3 and lutein. The packaging is stylish and I love that they are not messing around with a safety cap. Can only recommend it!
