I purchased the 16 oz version and was genuinely impressed. The capacity is exactly what I was looking for. My previous tumblers were tall and bulky, but this one is compact, lightweight, and much easier to carry around. The color options are beautiful, and it truly is leak-proof. I can confidently carry it in my bag without worrying about spills. The lid is thoughtfully designed to prevent leaks, and the attention to detail is outstanding. Compared to other brands I've used, the quality and design of this tumbler really stand out. It has exceeded my expectations and has quickly become my favorite everyday travel mug.

This thing does a remarkable job at holding heat. I'm used to gas station coffee cups getting cold within ten minutes. This mug keeps it impressively hot all day long. Almost too good!

Great lightweight replacement for my generic coffee tumbler. The seal is great and I love the lightweight steel double wall that keeps my drink hot through my 12 hr work shifts. It's so good that often I have to mix my hot drinks with cold milk or water before capping it so that it's warm enough to drink without d burning my tongue. The seal is amazing. My only improvement would be to include a carry handle

Well made, easy to clean, nice size. It’s a little thin, so a bottle brush is necessary. Sometimes the removable part of the cap can be a little finicky to take out and have snap back in correctly, but overall really nice.

The outside of the product started chipping immediately despite not being mishandled.

This is an excellent mug. It lives up Zojirushi's reputation for keeping hot drinks hotter for longer. It also looks cool, so there's that.

I have an allergy to an ingredient in most plastics that makes beverages taste bitter. I can drink from this bottle with no bitter taste. I've spent a fortune on thermal cups and bottles trying to find one I can use.

Easily the best water bottle I've ever owned. No leaks, sturdy and very lightweight. Only thing i wish it had is a carry handle.

This is probably the best bottle I own. As I sit here, the coffee I made five hours ago is still hot. When I finish it I will rinse my bottle and fill it with filtered water, which will still be cold when I get off work. It holds a lot but is streamlined enough to fit in my car’s cupholder, and it is truly leakproof. I also like the lock, which keeps it closed even if it’s dropped.

Keeps drinks ice cold for 24 hours plus. Lid has a satisfying click to open and close. Bought one for my whole family to replace their Stanly's.

Love this bottle. Have been wanting to get one since I found out zojirushi makes them but was letting my old bottle get to the end of its life. So I've been waiting to get this for over a year and it has met all my waiting expectations. Love how easy the lid is to disassemble and clean. Love the shape of the drinking spout. Love the extra lock on the lid for when I want to throw it in a bag. Currently have ice in my bottle from 2 days ago still keeping my water cold.

It's a good mug. Love the colors. I just hate the top. I use different mugs where you just press a button to release. I find popping this top on off to be annoying while drinking coffee.
