Not what you'd expect from a Weleda product!

The scent is very synthetic. It’s so disappointing to see an old established high quality brand go down hill by using substitutions for natural ingredients. The rose scent, which in most Weleda products, is more on the faint side, was so in your face and literally got stuck back in your throat that I had to wash it off my skin in order to get rid of it. I think only nano particles can be that stubborn. It is possible that Weleda produces items for the export market, maybe even specifically for the US market, using cheaper ingredients because they know people here don’t care so much. I can only tell you that a Weleda product of this quality would never sell on the European market. Trust me. I’m from Germany and have used Weleda products all my life.
