Chicco Alfa Lite Nest Lightweight Travel Playard - Serene

As a Mimi who will be caring for her grandson when my DIL goes back to work, I wanted a playard that was safe, easy to use, and not overwhelming to set up. The Chicco Alfa Lite Nest has been a wonderful choice! It’s lightweight, easy to open and close with a quick snap, and doesn’t take up much space. I’ve moved it several times throughout my home, including up and down multiple floors, and it has been very easy to carry. While we haven’t traveled with it yet, it seems like it would be extremely easy to transport. The bassinet has been especially helpful for my newborn grandson, who weighs about 11½ pounds, and it has worked great. Having both the bassinet and playard available on the first floor—or even in a finished lower level—has saved me many trips upstairs. The natural Serene color is also very attractive and blends nicely into my home. I like the mesh sides, which allow me to keep an eye on my grandson at all times. Cleanup seems simple with the waterproof mattress and washable fabric; however, it hasnt been tested yet in our home. Even though the playard is lightweight, it feels sturdy and well made, giving me peace of mind as my grandson naps or plays. The mattress is firm, and what I expected for a travel playard,. It works really well for naps and shorter stays. Overall, this playard has been a wonderful addition to my home and makes caring for my grandson so much easier. As a relatively new Mimi, I absolutely love the Chicco Alfa Lite Nest—it gives me complete peace of mind knowing my grandson has a safe, comfortable place to sleep and play. Highly recommend!!

When I first opened this I was in awe. First off, it’s so aesthetically pleasing to the eye, how could you not love it just for that? Second: as a mom with six years between littles, the advancement in play yards was shocking. I was used to the boxy look and storage of the older pack and plays, that is not the case here! It is sleek, lightweight, and fits into a tote bag that’s provided for travel/storage so easily! There is absolutely NO bear hug required in folding this play yard up and shimmying it into a tube like storage case. Heaven sent! Moreover, the ease of assembly and deconstruction is phenomenal. The zipper for the bassinet attachment came without flaws which is always appreciated! The bottom cushion and bassinet cushion fold with ease for storage without losing shape. In conclusion, this play yard is a game-changer, 5/5 stars for sure!

From opening the box to assembling, extremely easy and practical bassinet. I loved the breathable mesh sides which ensure the children's airflow, and our visibility as parents. The wood-tone legs add a nice stylish touch that sets the beauty of the bassinet. The fact that this product is portable, additionally to it being lightweight makes it even more perfect for getaways, or visits to family members. 10/10 recommend this product to everyone!!!

The travel playard and bassinet combo was very quick to assemble and took my husband about two minutes without even needing to look at the instructions. It is lightweight enough to carry around easily, but still feels sturdy and secure, which makes it great for travel and outdoor use. We are planning to take it with us on a beach trip with our baby and feel confident it will hold up well. We also really appreciated the multiple protective buckles that keep the padding from sliding around, as well as the zipper protection that prevents other kids from opening and closing the mesh. The beige color with the wood accents is beautiful and fits perfectly with our home aesthetic.

This is such a great product for first time parents! This lightweight travel playard, along with its zip-on bassinet attachment is perfect for when we’re on the go, such as with camping trips, or vacations. It’s easy to set up, as well as take down, which is always a favorite feature of baby products. This is what makes it ideal for travel and/or quick use. I also really enjoy the modern style of this playard, especially the “serene” color feature. It’s nice to have something that fits so well with our home decor. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a product similar to this. Even my own mom now has one for her own home, for when her grandson comes to visit or stay with them.

This playard and bassinet is so lightweight and easy to assemble! The product is sturdy and well made, yet lightweight and easy to carry for travel. It comes with a handy travel bag. The bassinet portion zips into the playard easily and feels sturdy. The ease of set up/tear down and overall quality is top notch. The side zips down for use as a play area. We look forward to using this soon, once our baby is born!

We have been so happy with this item! Our 1 month old sleeps soundly in the bassinet - the material of the mattress is soft and smooth yet firm. The mesh sides give us peace of mind as she has started rolling from side to side. The zipper portion on the bottom is great for storing blankets and toys at this stage of her life. As she grows, we are looking forward to her using the play yard more frequently. Set up is a breeze and the play yard looks pretty in our living room. Compared to other playpens this one is much easier to assemble and take down. Both sets of grandparents have purchased this after seeing how much our daughter loves it. 10/10 recommend this product!

Being a first time young mom you never realize how many people are there to help and support you, and Chicco has definitely helped. I qualified for a trial of the pack and play bassinet and it is awesome. I haven't given birth yet, but I am so excited to have my child use, play, and sleep in Chicco's product. Assembly was very easy and a 7 &1/2 pregnant woman did it. Which shows its simplicity yet durability for my child later on. Thank you so much Chicco for this amazing product and memories I can have with my child!

The Chicco Alfa Lite Nest is super lightweight, easy to set up, and perfect for travel or everyday use. The bassinet is comfy, has breathable mesh sides and feels very sturdy. This is a great option if you want convenience without the bulk.

Amazing product! So lightweight and easy to setup. Perfect for when you have a sleeping kiddo on your shoulder and need to set up a sleeping space in a hurry. Bassinet is great for my infant, she seems to sleep quite comfortably in there. Then we transition it with ease to a playard during the day for my toddler. This has been amazing for travel. Easy for me to carry around. Would be great as a carry on on a flight. Takes up minimal space so easy to pack in the car. This is the only travel playard we’ll be bringing with us from now on!
