Great Pancake Mix - Change Water Ratio
I used this for my first time making pancakes and they came out so good. I changed the water ratio, added chocolate chips and they were perfect. The taste was great. Like others have said, the ratio of water on the back of the packaging should be changed. I will be buying this again once I run out.

The flavor is fine, but the waffles we’ve made with it (following the directions) were extremely dense and made only three 4” waffles. We had to add at least a half cup of water to lighten them up.

I was really wanting this to be good - but even with extra water, it came out extremely gummy, chewy, and very much not good. I ended up returning it; get Pearl Milling or Kodiak instead (both are quite good), just avoid this one.

I like the flavor and fluffiness of them, but the directions need to change for how much water to use. I followed the instructions and it was like I was making biscuits. I think I added 1/2 cup more to make the batter better.

Love this gluten-free mix! Its affordable compare to other gluten-free mixes. The pancakes stay together and don't fall apart like other mixes. The flavor has a very small sweetness, very sutle. I usually add some protein powder to my batches to make protein pancakes for breakfast or a snack.

The pancakes are still raw from the inside even though they looked cooked outside
The gluten free pancakes weren’t that good, I made about 3 pancakes with 1 cup flour blend, I didn’t use the machine blender though, the pancakes were well cooked from outside but the pancakes internally were raw and or not that well cooked still. I don’t face that problem with that other pancake mix with water brands, with the pancakes still being raw from the inside despite the pancakes being well cooked in thestill outside, I’m guessing it’s the ingredients of the gluten free pancake flour mix that weren’t that good and not that blended to begin with.
