Pump will NOT open

I bought the shampoo and the conditioner and I cannot open either pump. It just spins round and round and nothing happens. Useless if I can't get it open.

I love Apple and I took a whiff before buying but I realized too late there is a strong musk smell my hair stank after. I’m not sure why they thought the combo of apples and animal musk was good but it’s smelly

Great fresh scent, but left some frizz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Apple Orchard scented conditioner by Native smells just like fresh apples and the Peanuts graphic is fun and different. I usually have a great experience with Native products, but this one in particular left me a little disappointed. My hair didn’t feel moisturized at all and it felt a little dry and frizzy after use. Bummer because the fragrance is wonderful. I appreciate the more natural ingredients in Native products and will continue to use them.

Horrible pump design!

The product is great but the design of the pump is HORRIBLE!!! I was about to take the shampoo and the conditioner back to the store when I decided to look up a video on YouTube. So in order to open the pump, you need to use PLYERS!!! There has got to be a different way to design the pump!!!!
