Enjoying it. Really does help me to feel better. I purchased the caramel coffee latte sticks. Once I read the ingredients and saw it contained Turkey Tail mushroom (which I was considering buying as a supplement to boost immunity), I knew I wanted to try it. I calculated that the price of one cup is less than the $2.59 I paid for a senior coffee at McDonalds recently without the benefits Ryze offers, so I felt it was worth it. After drinking it, I felt some relief from my allergies and that it did improve my mental clarity when I had to give a presentation in front of an audience of 200 people. It works for me.

This is my first mushroom coffee
I've heard of mushroom coffee and was curious. I'd heard it ha an "earthy" flavor but did not know what that meant and didn't want to invest a lot into I had tried a small sample. I got 5 but thought I was getting a pack of 10 for three price so that's disappointing but my own fault. Taste was okay - maybe I should have started with the plain flavor to get the true taste but I might give that a shot next.

Deceiving added sugar
As a person eliminating added sugars to my diet, I find this product very deceiving. The Nutritional Facts state 0g Added Sugars but the Ingredients includes Coconut Sugar. They literally added Coconut Sugar to the product. Disappointing!

Coconut sugar naturally contains sugar, and FDA regulations distinguish between sugars that are intrinsic to an ingredient in its natural state and added sugars, which are sugars introduced during processing. For Nutrition Facts labeling, added sugars must be declared based on the grams of added sugars per serving. In this product, this amount meets the FDA criteria for being shown as 0g Added Sugars, even though coconut sugar appears in the ingredient list. 😱wow.. its made out of mushroom..🙄 other then that I dont see the hype honestly.. i kept seeing the ad so I just had to try it out for myself. I dont think its bad, I just think its overhyped. im not a scientist, im just a regular woman who enjoys coffee every now & again.. i dont know if everything they say about this is true but I know the taste isnt bad if you make it like you would your regular coffee.
