  • A: Hello Christina, Great question. The Hybrid Lux topper already includes a removable, washable Tencel cover, so you can easily keep it clean without needing an additional protector.   • A: Hello Hall, Thank you for your question. Yes, the topper may become slightly softer as it fully expands and adjusts. Memory foam typically needs up to 24–48 hours after unpacking to fully expand and reach its intended feel. During this time, the foam relaxes and adapts to the room temperature, which can make it feel a bit softer and more comfortable. If possible, we recommend allowing the topper to rest flat on the bed or another flat surface for at least 24 hours before evaluating its final feel.     Works Great

    Installed on a new supportive bed that I knew I was going to add a pillow topper before using. I did a lot of research and Viscosoft came up very consistently with good reviews. When installed it instantly made the bed feel like a high end resort pillow top mattress. Easy to install no noticeable smell from foam, so far, very satisfied.

    Amazingly right

    Thought it would be softer

    I thought based on the reviews and explanation that the feel of the topper would be softer more like sinking down into a cloud but it is not at all. I was looking for a very plush cloud like feel and it is not at all.

    This is a joint saver

    I am in my late 40s and woke up with shoulder and hip pain almost every morning. The 4" topper has allowed me to sleep on my side again and nearly eliminated the pressure points pain. Highly recommended!

    Not working

    Love this mattress topper! Soft as a cloud and experienced no pressure points on my hips or shoulders. I sleep deeper and longer and hate to get out of bed because of the comfort.

    Comfy but lacking support

    This is my second purchase of this pad. It revitalized my queen mattress so I bought another for a cheap double mattress that was new but not comfortable. This pad is comfortable yet firm, stays in place and holds up over time
