Memory foam typically needs up to 24–48 hours after unpacking to fully expand and reach its intended feel. During this time, the foam relaxes and adapts to the room temperature, which can make it feel a bit softer and more comfortable. If possible, we recommend allowing the topper to rest flat on the bed or another flat surface for at least 24 hours before evaluating its final feel.     The day I put the

    The day I put the Hybrid Lux Mattress Topper was the first day I was able to sleep comfortably in literally years. I've spent an embarrassing amount of money on mattresses, pillows, sheets and other toppers in the past and nothing has helped. This four-inch topper with cooling combo has helped my shoulder pain, back pain and neck pain so I can get into a position where I can actually fall sleep. I just hope the material keeps and I can continue to enjoy it, worth the investment!

    When I put this topper on the one I had purchased from Temu looked so much like it, the one from Temu caused me lot of pain on my hips so I was extremely nervous due to this one costing ALOT more then Temu. But the next morning I woke up and noticed I did not wake up in pain on my hip. The next night either. I am blown away by this little piece of foam. We bought the Hybrid Lux. I am a side/stomach sleeper and I am blown away. So when you get this do not think anything until you sleep on it. . . . you'll see for yourself.

    Better than just a foam top

    Our foam top lasted barely 3 years and developed 'trenches' where we slept. Replacing with this hybrid is definitely a step up -- firm yet soft. I am a tall, large fellow, thus requiring substantial support AND comfort, not easy to match. Much better sleep with the Viscosoft and the warranty came with an extension -- we'll see if we have to invoke it -- but I doubt it. This topper holds up!

    Bed firmness compromise

    Best compromise topper for different preferences of bed firmness. Still firm for people with back problems, but soft enough for those who prefer a bit of squish. Forms to alleviate sore spots for joints while maintaining firmness for back sleepers. Best night sleep in the first night. Plus the 90 day money back policy is incredible. The customer service of the company is top notch.

    Still testing it

    I have hip pain. Do not need a hip replacement so it’s just a bursitis that I’m working through. The first night didn’t seem to improve my sleep. 2 nd night was much better I toss and turn less.

    Happy I bought it

    super comfortable and soft, after 1 night I woke up without the shoulder pain that had been plaguing me for the prior 3 weeks, (and off and on for several years). Didn’t expect such an immediate improvement in my body! After about a week I sleep much better, though still sometimes wake up due to being hot. I don’t find myself sinking and it has not made an automatic imprint of my body. It did make the bed taller as I suspected, but didn’t add as dramatic of height as I thought (not hard to get into bed). The warmth is the literal only flaw I experience and honestly I’d be so much worse off without this thing. Good for entry level, trying this kind of thing out without spending a fortune. Boyfriend and I are early 30s, around 200lb each give or take.

    I'm not yet able to sleep on this yet. There is nothing in the description about needing to air out the gel foam to allow it to offgas for 2-7 days. I did sleep on it 2 nights and my lungs were in distress. I pulled the bedding back opened the window and closed the door until the 7 days are Needs warning about the offgas.
