Shades are off
Based on the photos and swatches that Nyx put on the website, I ordered 08 vanilla. The model from their website is like a hint darker than me, but I decided to try that color anyways. I knew from the second I got the bottle in my order that this was way too light. There is no way that the model is wearing this color. I'm going to have to return and look in person. For reference I wear 160 in the Hauslabs foundation.

Not impressed
Unfortunately this product didn’t work well for me. Blending it took me ages, it got stuck in my creases under my eyes and on my forehead. Didn’t look very good.

Honestly might get like two more
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly thought this wasn't my color and wouldn't work out for me. But this was a really good product; my base was so smooth and nice. It went smoothly with my other products, which is what I was nervous about, but it was perfect (by the way, that picture has no filter at all). I will say I hate the bottle's locking mechanism, but besides that, this is a REALLY GOOD foundation. HOWEVER I think we should get more product seeing as this is supposed to be bulidable which means you'd use a fairly good amount

Color range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the color match was way off, the feel was okay but looked a little patchy when I put it on. Packaging is simple and cute, no odor from my knowledge and overall might give it a try if it were in my color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super smooth finish w a matte finish. Love that it covers my eyebags and hyperpigmentation along with any scars that I have from nit picking. Really easily to blend and build on top of. I wish I got a shade lighter but I reverse contoured and I guess for the summer orangey works. No scent. Easy to remove if you double cleanse. Not a fan of the tiny tip, a girl NEEDS HER FOUNDATION.

The consistency was not my favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way this feels is horrible and the shade selection was not ideal. I chose a shade too orange for my face. I like the packaging it's adorable but I just can't get over how liquidy it feels on my skin. The finish is beautiful but the texture is a no.

Foundation is giving SKIN!

I really appreciated the fact that it was a squeeze bottle it made it easier to get the perfect amount. I did get a little oily since I have oily skin but that’s nothing a little powder can’t fix.
